We work with nearly 100 active supplier partners; consequently, once an RFQ is submitted, all relevant, validated quotes are gathered—based on material quality and capacity—ensuring you can choose from the options best suited to your needs.

How long does it take to get a response?

This varies by supplier, but the system sends reminders to those who have not yet responded. Most quotes arrive within a few hours, or within a maximum of 12–24 hours.

For which material categories can I request a quote?

At the outset, we are open to all categories of iron and steel raw materials; we do not narrow down the range to any single product group in advance.

Can I switch plans mid-term?
